Subscription Management & Billing
Your BTA Sports subscription is securely managed through your device’s app store — either the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google — not within the BTA Sports app.
Manage on Android (Google Play)
To view or manage your subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top-right)
- Select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Choose BTA Sports
From here, you can:
- Cancel or pause your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Re-subscribe if previously canceled
- View billing dates and renewal details
Refunds: Visit play.google.com → Order History to request a refund. All requests are handled by Google Play.
📍 Promo codes and free trials are tied to your Google account and will convert to a paid plan unless canceled before renewal.
Manage on iPhone & iPad (App Store)
To view or manage your subscription:
- Open Settings
- Tap your Apple ID (top of screen)
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose BTA Sports
From here, you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Change your plan (Weekly or Yearly)
- View billing history and renewal dates
Refunds: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a refund request. All decisions are handled by Apple.
📍 If you cancel during a free trial, you will retain access until the trial period ends.
Important Notes
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription
- All billing must be managed through your app store account
